III. Principles and Characteristics of Microwave Pyrolysis Technology:
The microwave pyrolysis device operates by the material itself (in various shapes such as powder, granules, blocks, flakes, or small columns) absorbing microwave thermal energy. Microwaves are extremely high-frequency electromagnetic waves. When an object is in a microwave field, its polar and non-polar molecules become polarized, turning into dipole molecules. These molecules align with the electric field direction. Since the electric field is alternating, the dipoles rotate and vibrate accordingly. For example, at a frequency of 2450 MHz, they rotate and vibrate 2.45 billion times per second, generating an effect similar to molecular friction, thereby absorbing the electric field's energy and heating up.
